Who likes prizes?
We know that's a silly question because, of course, everyone loves prizes! It's silly to think that anyone wouldn't like being rewarded for a job well done! That's why we like to offer our consultants multiple opportunities to earn prizes. The first way that you can earn prizes is through our monthly contests. Each month we offer a prize for anyone who reaches $500 in PSV (personal sales volume). We try to alternate these prizes so that one month, the prize is an exclusive product and the next month it is what we like to call a business builder bundle. Business builder bundles can include anything from brochures and pens to tablet covers and show displays. We run a report at the end of each month that gives us a list of everyone that reached $500 in PSV so no need to contact Dusti Rhoads when you reach your $500 mark like you do when you reach your "Mark Out" goal. Prizes are mailed out around the 15th of the following month. Here is this months $500 challenge:
Yearly Prizes
We are excited to offer year end prizes this year. You can qualify for two different prizes: one team building prize and one sales prize. The qualification period is January 1st, 2023 - December 31, 2024. Prizes will be presented at Round Up Conference in January of 2023.
When you reach Associate Brand Director, Brand Director, Senior Brand Director or Executive Brand director for any single month in 2023 you will earn one of these awesome cowhide product. Whatever the highest rank you reach for the entire year is, that will be the necklace that you earn (only one per consultant). Consultants must be active as of December 31, 2022 to earn this prize.
Build cowhide collection with your PSV (personal sales volume) for the year. Your total PSV from January 1-December 31st, 2023 will can earn you some of these awesome prizes. The best part? They are cumulative. Meaning you not only earn the prizes for the specific rank that you reach, you also earn any of the smaller prizes listed as well. Prizes will be awarded in 2024.
